OUR SHAMANS

Don Guido Rimachi is a respected Ayahuascero and curandero descended from a long lineage of healers in the Shipibo tribe of the Amazon jungle. Trained both as a traditional healer and indigenous ethnobotanist, he has a deep understanding and knowledge of the region's plants and their traditional and medicinal uses. He has been leading Ayahuasca ceremonies for more than 20 years. Guide/translator Rey Torres is often called the king of the jungle for his knowledge and ability to be the go between sharing the wisdom.

Your donation allows us to help support Don Guido.

Dona Julia Calderon is the daughter of the famous Peruvian shaman and healer Eduardo Calderon. Don Eduardo worked primarily with the plant medicine San Pedro; this is now Donna Julia’s gift since her father’s passing. Dona Julia along with her daughter and son do powerful personal clearing/healing with each person each night. After tracking what is going on with the participant, Julia or her daughter Liliana or son Louis use candles, herbs, or wooden staffs to pull the toxic energy out of the participant. Their work is magical.

Your donation allows us to help support Dona Julia.

Don Pablo is part of the Q’ero Nation, one of the last living descendants of the Inka empire. He grew up high in the Andes mountains, which at the time was a 2-3 day walk to the nearest small town with a bus. He and his wife, daughters, and grandchildren sustain themselves in planting and harvesting potatoes high in the Andes and through their weavings. Guide/translator Vilma Pinedo is a shaman in her own rite. She is the granddaughter of Doña Natividad Challayku and Don Benito Qoriwaman, and they were well known Q'ero shaman-educators.

Your donation allows us to help support the Q'ero Shamans and their families.

Your donation will ensure their energetic knowledge continues to be shared in its purest form.
